Cancellation requests are submitted from the billing panel at https://manage.tektonic.net/index.php/clientarea/ If you go to your active subscription under "Imported" and click the Gear Icon you will see the cancellation request link in the dropdown. If you select "End of Billing Period" in the cancellation form the subscription will automatically terminate for you at the end its period.
